By donating to Mike Lindell’s Legal Defense Fund campaign, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
Purpose of Fundraiser:
This campaign is organized to raise funds in support of Mike Lindell’s ongoing legal battle, specifically to cover legal fees and expenses related to litigation involving Eric Coomer and Dominion Voting Systems. All contributions will be directed toward costs such as attorney fees, court filings, expert witnesses, and related legal activities.
Use of Funds:
100% of the donated funds will be used to support legal defense and litigation efforts. Any surplus, if applicable, may be used for future legal challenges or public advocacy related to election integrity, at the discretion of Mike Lindell and his team.
Donation Process & Information Collected:
Donations are processed securely through Mike Lindell’s Legal Defense Fund payment platform. When donating, you may be asked to provide personal information such as your name, email address, and payment details. This information is collected solely for processing your donation, providing you with a receipt, and, if opted in, keeping you updated on the campaign’s progress via email and/or text message and/or robo call.

Donors understand and agree that donations are made voluntarily and are non-refundable. The campaign organizers shall not be held liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from the use or outcome of the funds raised. All funds donated are strictly a gift and are not tax-deductible.
